Hey, a few hiccups notwithstanding, we're still gonna win everything in sight this year. The LFC result was clearly an anomaly and as such can safely be ignored

Rangers 3 Motherwell 1

unlucky flashlegs.
Velicka, Boyd 2.
with "Sellick" drawing with Hearts, only a point behind.
at
City tomorrow with my wife and lad. hope it's a nice sunny day and a few goals for
City. no Bellamy, Kompany, Benjani or Bridge.

What about every other poor performance after that? And the fact you are relying on a 17yr old?

Well yeah, those other poor performances come under the "few hiccups" but the *ahem* atrocious mauling (pains me to even think it, let alone write it!) from the scouse gits is quite simply a statistical error...
Doesn't matter who gets the goals man, are you saying we shouldn't play outstanding young talent or what?

No im saying why the f*ck isnt 120k a week ronaldo, 100k a week rooney, 90k a week berbatov and all the rest scoring goals, and why instead are you having rely on someone who wasnt heard of two weeks ago. Also wether he is "outstanding young talent" remains to be seen, i wish him luck, but one good goal and a deflection doesnt make him lionell messi

Good question! Frankly I'd rather rely on an unknown quantity, who seems to have the Midas touch, instead of Berba for one, who's just been such a lazy disappointing tw*t since he came. Ronaldo definitely looks like he can't be arsed at all so hopefully they'll ship the tosser out to Madrid in the summer. Rooney often has dry patches in terms of scoring but the lad works his bollocks off constantly so you can leave him alone. Anyway, I get the feeling if O'Shea had scored someone would quibble "why are you relying on a shite defender to score for you"! It's not that we're relying on Macheda, he's been given 2 chances to come off the bench and impress and he's done very well, I wish him luck too. But then I would, I'm a bloody Man U fan! Who's your team?

That would be Stockport County, and lets face it, if we had half the money ManUre, ARSEnal, Liverpool and now Man City have, we would be in a better position. Not that we are doing to bad this season on the pitch. I thought we'd go straight back down.
Oh and we lost today at Leeds

Someone has to support the wee teams, good on you I say. Its much easier to support a team that's top of the PL and can buy £20m plus players, so shut it sam!

Due to the money in English footy I think that I, as a Celtic fan, support the team with the least financial power of anyone here, even stockport.

(excluding Rangers as they don't count as a team

)

We are neither top nor buying £20m players. We rarely ever buy £10m players.

You spent like £15 mill on Arshavin this season and over £10 mil on Nasri. Although I have to say that you rarely pay big money and never shell out half the cash you could if you really wanted. Arsene Wenger is an absolute legendary manager for picking out youngsters. Although i think he could be better as a motivational manager, it will be intresting to see what happens when he leaves.

I think when Sir Alex leaves will be funnier. They are in debt up to their eyeballs and selecting the wrong manager could f*ck them over completely. We, meanwhile, are in sound financial shape as we are making a huge profit season after season.

Nah the yanks are looking to sell up and if it happens to be to some mega-rich sheik (likely) the biggest club in the world (Fact!) will just keep a-rolling on

Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world. I mean how many times have you won the champions league.... yup thought so.
And as someone who loves Atletico Madrid, i dont like admitting it, but its the truth.
And why do man utd fans always say Fact! No it fucking isnt, its your opinion and your wrong.

well the result was shit, but my wife enjoyed it and was getting excited when we went close a few times in the 2nd half. bleeding Dickson Etuhu scored, bastard use to play for us and his brother Kelvin was playing for us yesterday. it's a pity he could not score.

Robinho was on the bench until 15 minutes to go and we desperately missed Kompany in midfield. De Jong is a brilliant player, but lacks in height.

I remember reading somewhere that Arsenal have actualy made a net profit on transfers during Wenger's reign. People (and by people I mean martin o'neill) just can't accept that we can spend less than your team but still be way better than them
