Me. For making a multi to convince everyone he wasn't a multi.

We have an appeal system, tell Splash to check his email for instructions. But no, it won't help. Because he admitted to making a multiple account. You can't really appeal something after admitting to being guilty...

But if he wants to come back, he can shell out $20 for a membership.

I'll tell him that. And yeah, he asked before, but I was either asleep or at school, and when I actually answered, he'd already gone to make one. Stupid...
And he says his parents won't give him US$20 for premium, and keeps saying that, as a kid, he doesn't have money.

I wonder when my mum will actually give me US$20 to get premium, even if I asked her a few months ago. I'm sure she's forgotten.

Well, it's less than 20 pounds, somewhere around 10 pounds.
