Yes, the team that won the most games after 34 matchdays wins the tournament. If 2 or more teams have won the same amount of games, their head-to-head results will be decisive. With this loss of Borussia Mönchengladbach it is now certain that Bochum will win the Bundesliga. Eintracht Frankfurt can still get equal with Bochum, but since Bochum beat them twice they are already certain of the Bundesliga title now.
