Actually, now that I think about it, why haven't the Republicans used this yet? It doesn't add up. They've called in to question all sorts of stuff about Obama that don't seem to matter, or that have even been proven. They outright lied about Rev Wright, Obama's being 'racist,' they were using his ties to Acorn.... his "corruption"... you would think that they would draw attention to this suite.

I think that's what he is saying. That Obama had a long legal window to respond(this has been ongoing for months) and that legally, since he didn't fight it, it is an admission of guilt.

But I can't read the PDF files though.

But like I said, from a legal standpoint, I think that Berg has claimed victory.

I'm saying that from a LEGAL standpoint (in the same way an innocent person can get the chair) that I believe they are calling him guilty. You do know that just because you aren't in court that doesn't mean you can't be found guilty of anything right? Hell, you can be in court, refuse to testify or defend yourself, and be found guilty. Berg is even saying that even though Obama has technically lost, he'll still let him answer the charges.

He had the right to answer, and he didn't and was "convicted" in leu of his refusal to submit the proper documentation.
(And remember a this evidence has actually held up in court!!!!)

The election is practially here, and some polls show McCain to be down by 10 points or more! Why wouldn't he want to use this? IT'S AN ACTUAL, LEGAL CASE THAT OBAMA LOST!

What is the point is that Obama can never legally be called guilty just for not responding to Berg. Obama has not been called to trial. If he refused to go to trial, then ofcourse he can be found guilty even though he is not there. But there is no trial, therefore there is no case and Obama can not be found guilty.

Regardless of that, the court itself has not found Obama guilty.

I just have a hard time believing that Obama would not respond to a real Request for admissions. It basically means that none of the huge fucking amount of people who are involved in his candidacy have the brains to do something so easy. It is not rocket-science to deny that the person who fucking pays you and has basically all the power a single politician can have right now is not a foreigner.

Seriously, think about this. How come the democratic candidate did not respond to something which would make their entire candidacy false? Did they just say "ah f*ck it" and ruined their changes of being elected which are basically a certain one?

I thought a lot about that too. I don't know if they didn't want to give power to their enemies... or draw attention to it.... or if this is legit... But I can't help but wonder. If it is real then there certianly is a lot of cover up going on. But if it's not real then why not answer it?

Obama could have had someone else answer for him at least. But Obama didn't even answer his brother when his brother said he was born in Kenya... why would you just ignore that? In fact, half of Obama's family claim he was born in Kenya, and Obama just ignores them... he is not a "family man" that's for sure...
But then that type of questioning leads me to wonder why hasn't anyone else brought this up? Not only McCain, but also the media...
Certainly people do not want to stake their career on something that sounds so silly,but this could make a career too. And McCain is getting his butt kicked in the polls, so why not use this somehow? Even if through ads "not approved" by him?
