but, it is true... however, stating a fact is still not as good as being pinpointed as the exact moment that CC began it's decline... the black jesus brought a plague upon CC... just ask Andy and OP...Metsfanmax wrote:All you've got is that you're a venereal disease. Some random volunteer was working on an app for a while but they disappeared. I'd be surprised if bW doesn't have plans in the works though.actoft wrote:Don't you guys think it's because mainly that games have gone the way of apps. I mean I would probably play daily if there was an app on my phone but because it's become so complicated to do anything I'm not gonna bother with using chrome or safari on my phone or iPad.
This would explode I believe if there was an app. I love this game!
So the question ... Why no app??? (As if that's not been asked yet but I don't have an answer.)

i sent you a PM... not hashing back and forth in this thread... it's not about value, i have been premium for my entire time here, all 8 years (even when on 6 month bans)... it is about customer service and respecting people that have been loyal to the site... especially during these past few messy years...-Jésus noirKeefie wrote:FFS we're only paying 8 cents a day for all of this, unbelievably amazing value.

It's like anything else. You get out of it what you put into it.ConfederateSS wrote:Yeah,an amazing value...8 cents a day for what????..0 cents for four games, that's the only value we are getting,I'm on board.......It has been fixed,What ,that our pockets were being picked without us knowing..Your right High Command it was fixed..not by Whammy, but but CC members who caught it and spoke out..Let us see,Central Command will not be changed back...so says The High Command.even though a loud cry went out..change it back.Speed games are a joke, the only reason I got premium in the first place, was to play risk like if I was playing in real time, but not in one second..Yes,all the dice stats you want for some reason..I am glad all this crap went down before I renewed..So let The Blue and Silver Rebellion ring out, speak for the people, and those 20 thousand that left..Or get Red and Gold for an amazing value, and more, and more changes to come, that will give you buyers remorse in the pit of your stomach. Also that I fell for it again feeling..OH!YEAH!!!..ConfederateSS..out!!!.p.s.Like The Lone Ranger..I LOVE SILVER...AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Over 1100 new members in the last 24 hours??? I highly doubt it.... Something smells fishy on the full scoreboard page.
we'll see what comes of this. till then the real number is 9224. which is the amount of players that have at least one game completed. The scoreboard is updated every hour. Only players that have taken a turn within the past 30 days are listed. New Recruits are listed once they have finished a game. If you are not familiar with the ranks, they are described in the "Instructions" section.

Let me get this straight: you won't play in tournaments ever, because you had one bad experience three years ago? That's like saying you'll never have sex again, because one girl in 1958 broke your heart. Or you won't eat food ever again because you had a bad case of salmonella during the Spanish Civil War.ConfederateSS wrote:Along with WWI on August 4th,I also said A D-Day Event..back on June 6th..I waited 3 years for D-Day to play in a 70th ann D-Day event.Like Gilligan had a Pearl Harbor 70th ann.Event..there was none..I liked the Great War..Idea..I will not ever join a Tourney..You have rdsrds2121 to thank for that...I joined HighlanderAttack's 100th tourney..Rds. got a hold of his member list and spammed everyone..I won my way to the next round. But told Highlander to take me out of his tourney..in a pm.Highlander said it was the best pm he ever read.I was not happy and swore I would never play in another tourney..I haven't.and never will..Events are not tourneys.I won one ga medal in the 70th ann.Pearl Harbor event.I won my other ga medal in a find the maps in New York City..by spelly..So don't tell me what I have done..We didn't need stupid things to collect to join tourneys either back then..just one more thing to make being a premium member useless and a slap in the face...So now the High Command dares attack my battling record and how I chose to spend my time on CC..now that I refuse to renew..nice...I have been trying to talk myself in joining the great war..because I really like what you guys put together..But as with sneaky tricks like premium prices..how can you be trusted..I don't want that fooled me again feeling..ConfederateSS..out!!!!
It is not my number, it is CC's, which means their number is bunk. Like I said, something smells fishy. Why are the new recruits without one completed game added to the total now (if in reality that is the reason for the spectacular jump of 1100+ members)? This just inflates the real number and is an attempt to disguise the rapid decline in active members.WILLIAMS5232 wrote:yeah, your number is bunk.keyborn wrote:10526...![]()

someone took it upon themselves to add all the new recruits that have not finished a game to the list. despite what it says at the top of the scorecard.

There was an issue with some games not being counted as "Finished Games". This caused some members to fall off the scoreboard despite still being active. This issue has now been fixed and the scoreboard is displaying properly.keyborn wrote:It is not my number, it is CC's, which means their number is bunk. Like I said, something smells fishy. Got bored and looked up some numbers. And apparently if we compare Metsfanmax's graph with some Google trends history for the keywords 'play risk online', there is indeed an overall decline in popularity of the game risk. How much that decline is, I don't know as no y-axis was offered. However this at the very least shows that the management of this website is at least partially not to blame for the general decline.Metsfanmax wrote:
