unvote I believe the claim. I don't think we want a 3rd claim from D1, so I doubt I'll be voting a player for the rest of the day.

I wasn't directly involved in any of the fights today, so yeah, I didn't post a million posts... but I'm pretty sure I gave my opinion on what I thought about the cases multiple times during the long day... not sure what else you would want me to do on day 1.

and in my opinion the posts you made where not that strong, so i got a little scum feeling, basicly just wanted to vote with my gutfeeling, to see if in the end i was right day 1 or not. its not a big strong case and i do not pretend it is.

as i said it will not matter so i decided to vote someone, you in this case instead of a no lynch since i am pretty sure the day will end in a no lynch anyhow.

With 2 claims today I'm more inclined to believe charm then spiesr ATM but I've got a gut feeling they are both town. There's 9 people left here 2 of which I'm suspicious of but it looks like no one has a pair of balls to lynch with 2 claims out.

I'd like to know with deadline approachin what other peoples thoughts are at this point with regards to lynching with or without a claim and/or lynxhing between claims.

Scummy-ish reads: Tails, IB

Tails was so hung up on the argument with mtam, I had to prompt him to give some feedback on charm. Then, he seemed to take the easy vote. Not sure if it's really scummy or if he was actually still riled up.

IB's play just feels a touch scummy here. He pushed back a good bit on the charm case, but it was either that or talk about Tails mtam. Not inherently scummy, but I think it's worth noting. Neither of these reads is too strong right now.

Everyone else is hovering around neutral.

I think this is more about people noticing you continual defense of Tails. Charm brought it up and I supported Charm in her questioning. If I had not brought your name into the conversation we would not be having this one.

First of all, mtam was the main proponent behind my little wagon there, therefore I addressed him. If I'm the target of a case, or non-case as it may be, then I generally address the main person behind it.

Second, Charm was literally a cheerleader and only that--I said basically that when you asked for my opinion on charm. I voted charm when it seemed appropriate, as she didn't deign to answer questions put to her, hence becoming scummier than mtam.

I don't see how that is the easy vote, although one could argue that her relative noobness makes it such. I don't believe the vote was inappropriate.

I agree that a lynch on day one is better for town, getting some information is better than none. And after day one with no lynch all we are looking at is the flip of a townie that scum are going to give us. Spiesr' point about votes with no real desire to go through with the action of actually lynching means nothing. That said today has been very hard to get any reads. Lets see if I can strawman an argument at least.

So far I have Mtam as pretty townie, he is driving the conversation and at least got me to make a post of substance.
Charm I am not so comfortable with, the tunneling on Tails gives me a bad vibe.
Tails has come back and shown he is not absent just disenfranchised, his posts make sense and he has responded with substance, I get a townie vibe from him.
Virus' posts makes me want to lynch him on policy. Now this is why I dont mind policy lynchs. You need to be ready to carry your vote through and I think that town would lose little if someone as inactive as virus goes, and he could well be scum. The best thing scum can do here is 'go to day two' as he put it.
PCM is as logical and calm as ever. I want to put pressure there but have not seen any cracks so far.... I am watching like a hawk for something to jump on though.
Spiesr is in a similar boat to PCM, hard to read and came back from his initial claim with reason. I think town, and roleblocker town at that. My concern would be a night kill on him. (side note, spiesr, I saw you name in the archives in like the second oldest game on here from 6 years ago or something. I want to be like you when I grow up)

The rest I have not really thought about in my reading. We are probably going to go to day two with no lynch which is sad (as explained) but I would be happier with a virus lynch than a no lynch as I think there is very little other case out there today. But inactive and weak posts is a case for me on day one. I think the more we lynch inactives the more activity we will have on day one in the future. I am starting a club, its called 'Policy lynch inactives day one' or PLIDO. Come join my club.

To clarify that point a little more, there are ways a townie would answer it and ways a mafia would answer it. From my pov sounded more mafia indicative.

Cop is definitely a stronger claim than role blocker... so charm's claim would be more believable. I don't distrust either enough to lynch them now though, and I doubt you could get enough people together in the time left anyway.

I wouldn't want to lynch without a claim on day 1, we could accidentally lynch the doctor or something. Unfortunately, I doubt there is enough time left to get enough pressure on anyone, but I guess it's worth trying anyway... so far tail's refusal to even try much of anything on day 1 until a lot of pressure was put on him seems most scummish, so I will vote tails

How would a townie answer it? To me it seemed he was replying with a joke to your joke... I guess I don't have enough experience to get all the nuances yet.

We already have two claims out. The cop and the role blocker. The last thing we need is another claim. Ending the day with NO information is one thing but we have more then enough to end the day and let the PRs take over.
