yes. I'm fully aware of that. It's just I get the two roles confused easily.

one problem, anyone with a knowlegde of timezones would know that it would have been around 11 in Cali. That was right around my school time. Now would I have had the time to look up Wiki for a role? No. In fact I was switching off Comp work and CC so it would take me a while to get to the savebox and remember my role. Which is why I said to wait. Then the net got faster, and I remembered about C/Ping.

Why did you attempt to protect yourself when you knew you didn't have much time? Most smart people here would have given you time to defend yourself. I think you just became really really fearful that you would die with your mafia role, so you tried to quickly come up with something.

If you were innocent, then you would've waited.

no, I'm always afraid of being lynched, no matter what my roles is. It's even worse with random things like this. It's part of my nature to just try to do the best I can if I'm town. If I'm scum, I would of waited, and said, wait for me to claim, I'll do it in a bit.

When I read Clive's posts defending fircoal I was tempted to vote him immediately, as I figured he was either scum trying to protect his buddy or scum protecting a townie to make himself look innocent. After reading his roleclaim I believe he's just a priest, although it was of course not very bright to roleclaim day 1 just to protect someone who might be an actor.

As for fircoal's roleclaim, I'm believing that too. Which sucks, because now scum knows 2 fairly unimportant town roles, meaning their chances of killing the cop or doc or some other more important role on the first night increase. And I'm back to random voting.
