So the other possibiltiy is rogue. Still, he claimed townie already, and this sudden change of character seems like a last-ditch effort to keep himself alive to me. My vote stands.

It has been two times now that you defend someone without having knowledge of what they really are. That is, if you are town. Day 1 you defended Skoffin out of nowhere, while nothing indicated she was town, and now you do the same. At this point I think regardless of whether Ace is town or the thing, you're unbelievably fishy. If Ace is town, you're basically trying in an obvious way to show a good voting record defending players you know are town, because you didn't recruit them.

Also if we don't lynch him and he doesn't say it the thing will get him anyway. That makes much more sense. I had forgotten about that rule, ga. Nice catch. I don't think ace would have known to dance around claiming rogue if he hadn't gotten the role and knew about the restriction.
