No, Scum buddies can sacrifice each other so there's no reason to believe that if he's scum that you're town. Espeically since it's so early in the game I doubt you'd actually have a solid reasoning for why he's scum. Either you're a lyncher or you're scum trying to sacrifice a scumbuddy. Because of this I have reason to believe you and Walrus and both scum.

That said, I'll vote falko for two reasons. First of all, I want an explanation for his strange behavior. Secondly with so little left, I doubt we will be able to lynch him anyway so starting a small bandwagon doesn't really hurt us at all.

The FOS holds no power whatsoever. Even if everyone else in the game puts the finger of suspicion on him, nothing happens. All FOS means is that you suspect him of being scum but you aren't placing a vote yet. Technically you don't even have to put the FOS in bold either, but most people do it anyway out of habit.
