You are correct, I forgot a 5 in my head. Here is something hopefully more correct.
214 = 5! + 5! + ⌈√(5!!)⌉ - (5!! + 5!!)
214 = 120 + 120 + 4 - (15 + 15)
214 = 244 - 30
