I have a near encyclopedic knowledge of N64 games from reading overpriced gaming magazines. Rocket: Robot on Wheels

Team Fortress 2?
"Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice skate uphill."
Duane: You know what they say about love and war.
Tim: Yes, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's war.

Nope, not TF2. The brunette is the protagonist, and the Scotsman one of the villains. I'll let it sit for a while...

I sure hope you were joking, or you've never seen anything about TF2. That's not even remotely close to TF2.

The game was originally for PC and was ported to PS2.

Mostly joking. I just figured that it looked sort of like that.

Ah, a very good game. I enjoyed both part 1 and 2. I don't want to post another screenshot though, so I am not going to say the name. :p But allow me to give you a hint. The name of the game says something about human mortality. Hope that didn't confuse. :p I haven't played it in years, but if I remember correctly, wasn't there a mission where the female protagonist-agent was falling from a plane?

I think you're right about the plane thingy, but I haven't played it in a while either.
Anyway using the following clues you should be able to find it out:
The best clue is probably this:
The name of the game says something about human mortality
And the first two words in the (4 word) title are "no one"

Ah, so "No one lives forever." Never played it.
Here's a new one. Shouldn't be too hard.

Yep, your turn. Also it's a fantastic game. If you like story driven FPS you should give it a go.
