Instead of looking for more cover stories, perhaps you could reach an agreement with her over your gaming habits and agree to play X hours per week. Then there is no more need to be deceitful and less stress to the marriage.

I have this problem too, but deal with it in the off-handed way of most married men: "stop going on": "shut up": or the perennial favourite "stop f#*king moaning"...
We need to accept that if they didn't whine on about CC they'd only be whining about something else!

Tell her that during the holiday season, for every game you win, CC donates 5 cents to a starving child, and for every game you lose, CC kills a starving child. You really need to concentrate on your games until January.

Be as good in bed as I am, and she will let you do whatever you want, whenever you want....well...except when its time to perform.

Tell her that you are putting a plan in place to improve your relationship. Tell her that after all your research you have discovered that the less quality time that you spend together, the better you get along. Therefore, when you are on cc for hours, you're actually improving your marriage.
