I agree with:

Crash: We ended up on the same team in a 4-player mixed-team tournament together, and when I saw his name, I admit thinking, "What the hell? The feudal guy? Why is he on our team?" Well, the random pairing was that he and I were set dubs partners. We are 6-0 together so far in that tournament as a dubs team, and he's done well in the trips and quads, too.

Clapper: If only she could lay off the assdoodle, she'd be major. She's definitely one of my favorite dubs partners.

Would like to add:

danryan: Check his active games and look at the different games. A beast. 300 actives on every setting and he hangs to major 90% of the time. If he settled down with any 1 setting, he'd be colonel in a short time.

Well I have a few names:

wolfpack0530 A beast on just about any setting, his rank is usually on a pogo stick.
HighlanderAttack Best 1 v1 player on the site in my estimation, will play anything and anyone.
Innyafacce Another excellent team player, especially on Feudal and Feudal Epic, but also on standard gameplay maps.

I agree with the recent HA nominations, best 1v1 player on the site. Also, map rank him. He's something like +12000 on Arms Race, and he now is picking Monsters as his home map for tourneys, he's won 75% of the 50 or so games he's played on that map. I know that's not a huge sample, but winning 75% of 1v1 sequential games is still pretty amazing. Probably most impressive though is that he's now won 79 (or more) tourneys, and very few of them are team tourneys, almost all are 1v1. It's incredible that he could keep winning so often on settings that are supposed to be almost all about luck.

Best all-around player has to go to aon from what I've seen. He'll play anyone anywhere and stay an officer. He could pick any settings on the site (besides 1v1), only play those games, and never drop below officer. I'm not sure if he could get much above a low major, so his ranking isn't that underrated, but he's solid on EVERYTHING

There are others, but these are my top two

They actually could be generals if they didnt play almost any map or any setting and I love them more for it.

Mageplunka - This guy you would think is shit. And for a long time I did. I would draw even with him in contests won or lost. But then I realized he was on every map and ALWAYS had a goood showing. Then 3 months ago I invited him to a few team games. This GUY CAN PLAY. I dont know why is rank stays there,,, I know he has an unbelievaqble rank on doodle and if he only played doodle tthen statistically he would be conqueror BY FAR.

CrashAWC- Lets just say you never want to meet this guy on a feudal or a map that is base fed like Jamaica et al.... I dont know how he does it.. but he is one of my oldest acquaintances in CC and he ALWAYS knows when to attack in the blind. He is like #1 or #2 in both the feudals... top notch. I actually am worryed for the ol boy atm.. he has missed a few turns and it seems like someone is playing his turns last 5 days... Hope he is alright.

Anyway.... Id stick these two against anyone any setting, and Id wager on them.... both damn good players.

Most underrated is Highlander Attack. He will play anyone on any setting. His rank is lower than his true status, because unlike the top ranked players, and I use that term loosely, he doesn't stick to the same few maps and settings or play with the same partners every single game. He often sacrifices a lot of points in one on one tournaments against much lower ranked players and when you do that, you have to win a hell of a lot more than you lose. Maintaining a high win rate when you play that way along with all of the multiplayer games is an extremely difficult thing to do. He is a true jackass

of all trades.

I'd go for HA too - probably the best 1v1 player on the site - but if a lot of people say he's the best can he still be termed underrated?

Two peeps its always a mega challenge to play.

tdans. Should be/could be Field Marshall. He plays everything. Every setting just to play and and have fun and plays it all well.

JOHNNYROCKET24. I have played against a few times. Always always 5 star competition. Best Lt (atm) on the site.

offset actually, you can win less and keep a lot of points in these types of games...hence why a lot of team players dont end up getting great ranks...they win 10 and lose 4 and are at even where in 6-8 player games you just need to win 1 for every 4

well thank you very much army my friend for your support, yes i am the doodle master, and yes i may be general if it was not for my addiction to casual ass with the noobs,like mogels and also having 2resets due to doing things that i cannot do again without getting booted for the last time.....and yes i learned my lesson
id say blitz, big whiskey, divided, nikola, ninja, loes, are some of the best, and also best is real fast and smart....

and lets not forget rbelgrod, he for sure would have general status if not for me getting him 2 resets, one from 2850 points, 1 from 3200 points, i feel so bad . but he is a real hard player

Surprised all the haters hasn't rushed in and said he's [KH] a colonel because he doesn't 'farm' anymore.... but he is indeed a great player.

Anyhow-- title is misleading as there's a big difference between underrated and under-ranked. For instance in my previous post in another thread, Incand is extremely underrated ( by his peers ) but also under-ranked as far as score is concerned. A lot of posts are merely pointing out a player's current score which we all know doesn't mean all that much. Simply a measurement of points at a specific game type during a point in time. ( No way do I take anything away from specializing in a certain game type as it does require quite a bit of skill to excel at it or should I say not everyone can excel at it even if they tried. ) So when I describe someone as underrated, my interpretation is that player excels at all game types he plays and doesn't get the recognition from his/her opponents.

Guys who get all their points on one map aren't under-rated, they are over-rated. Put them elsewhere and they fall apart. Same goes for those who have repeatedly been busted for cheating. If they were good, they wouldn't have had to cheat, twice. I actually look for games against them.

Edit: I should mention I'm talking about team games. I don't play much of anything else except the occasional 1v1.
