And rank always matters AoG? He has played less then 250 games and has 0 team medals which clans thrive off of, he wouldn't get into a better clan yet, good place to start.

Rank doesn't ALWAYS matter, but the fact that he's a major means something I think. It means he knows how to play, and almost any clan could easily teach him how to play team games. I'm confused as to why he chose this one...
