Day 1 Start

The year is 1187, Saladin, Sultan of Egypt, has reconquered the city of Jerusalem from the Franks, nearly 100 years after they conquered the city in the First Crusade. The Pope has called for another crusade to win back the Holy Lands, and the French and English armies have arisen to the call. They are commanded by none other then Richard the Lionheart himself.

The Third Crusade has begun!
