Dear Conquer Club Forum Denizens,

You may have hard of the Greekies (awards for posters and threads and posts for each year). It had a great start in 2009 thanks to lots of nominations and voting. There was a drop-off in 2010. It's very disappointing. In fact, I've written a letter indicating how disappointing the awards have been.

And that brings me to the purpose of this particular letter. I believe the reason the Greekies were not a success (and why Juan Bottom was not a winner) was because of a lack of nominations for specific posters. We got plenty of nominations for posts and threads, but nothing for posters. My simple question is - why?

Answer - I didn't understand the rules. I don't know what everyone else's excuse is. I had expected several threads, one for each award. By the time I looked at the single thread, voting was already over with.
