See, I knew you didn't understand probability. Since it happened, it's propability clearly is >0.

I know I probably shouldn't even go into this, but just because something has a low probability does not mean it never happens. It's just extremely rare.

The dice are irrelevant. They are no more fair to one player than another. There are statistical deviations away from what would be considered "standard," but that might be why this game is called Risk.
