There is absolutely no reason for you to twist his words around like that. If you truly were just trying to point out inconsistencies in insom's story, then you would have no reason to do this.

Let me make myself abundantly clear this one and only time on the subject (publicly):
I do not plan on making an appearance in this thread. Not even to say that I'm going to stay away from this thread.
Just wanted you all to know that I am going to remain above the continuance of this...-el Jef

And why was this posted at all? It adds nothing to her story other than it seems nuts.

i laughed so hard at this whole "goodbye world" charade.
the funniest thing is that the story has such huge inconsistencies i'm beginning to think the person behind all this has serious mental issues.
oh and it seems IR even with punctured/collapsed lungs, punctured stomach, internal bleeding, still types faster than me. for crying out loud she/he manages to answer questions in a matter of seconds

i can't don that and i am perfectly healthy with no intention of being comatose/dead in the next few days.

apparently there is some form of medical treatment where a coma is induced

Even if it is true, people won't believe it for these reasons:
-the chat mod that cried "I'm dying"
-Insomnia is a known attention-seeker...I mean, has anyone noticed that pretty much every single one of her avatars has been her?
If it's true, then I am genuinely sad and sorry. If it isn't true, then I am genuinely sad and sorry that you were able to troll people. Anyway, for those who demand others "pay their respects" or whatever...this is the internet. We are all anonymous (well, for the most part) and none of this fucking matters. She shouldn't be wasting her time on the Interwebs if she was dying. If I was dying, I'd fucking splurge my money on stupid shit and not spend a second on some internet website.

nobody said that medically induced coma's are not real... however, medically inducing someone with a 15% survival rate is EXTREMELY rare, especially when the person is out and about and doing well on the internets!!! that sort of coma would be done during an operation in an effort to save someone's life that was surely going to die, a last ditch effort... IR claims she had this coma scheduled to fix injuries that she would have already died from... a punctured stomach? really? does she not know that there is acid and other yucky stuff in there, that if/when it leaked into your cavity you would surely die? but hey, the doctors saw this hole and let her go home for a few weeks while they attempted to schedule a medically induced coma and then screwed up the pick up date a few times... sounds like a REAL LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION when she managed to stay on the boards and chat for a few days after the date of her alleged coma.. this is all a farce...-el Jesus negro

Also, how is the OP not considered spam? Like 6 straight long-ass posts of moderately relevant Live Chat transcripts?

from what I've read, almost all of the induced comas involve the brain..
unless she is talking about being sedated, and needs it to sound more dramatic.
and I like how she says I'm the one that leaves dramatically
If she were dying, you'd think she'd be with friends and family... not sitting on chat waiting for a ride.
most of that live chat transcript is embarrassing..

medical coma's are used when the brain is swelling, adn doctors need to slow that swelling down by lowering the body temp to a point of a coma. It is not done for punctured lungs. Plus if you are in need of life saving treatment, they usually don't reschedule the day that treatment starts.

I am sure it would. But they wouldn't delay her treatment by a day, while she was at home if her brain was swelling. It is immediate and she would have probably died. Unless she was going to the hospital in a moving truck, I have never heard of deliveries being so screwed up.....
