And to go on topic, since I think this is a fine thread:

I play electric bass. I've also played piano, we've got a 9' grand in our house, and I played trumpet in school, even played in a semi-professional swing band as a teen.

Well, for the topic, I have done Choir for 9 years, piano for two, Alto Sax for 3 and viola/cello for 1. for choir, I started out as an Alto, then became a tenor, then my last couple of years I hovered between Baritone and Bass. :P

I used to play guitar, currently play drums and a bit of synth.

Was in a barbershop quartet last year, and sang bass.

I'm also fairly proficient at Reason, and I will show you some of my work after the xmas holidays.

I have a lot of fun with it, and get some good results. I haven't got it at home (I use it at school), but will hopefully get Reason 4 pretty soon.

Hey, I'm glad someone resurrected this thread...

Here are some things from my last band:

http://www.aoct.org/demo/04_European_Swallow.mp3
http://www.aoct.org/demo/05_Secret_Agent_Man.mp3

And here's something I put together as I was learning Cubase and my new mixer:

And one other:

Last but not least is an instrumental a friend and I started on (but never really finished):

I sing in the shower, does that count?

No, I don't play any instruments. I wish I did though, I just never learned it. If I could choose one it would probably be to play guitar because it looks fun and it sounds awesome if you're good. Well I guess most instruments would if you're good, but I like guitars.

Guitar, bit of piano, trumpet... I own a mandolin, which is fun...

Plus I'm a DJ and produce tunes regularly. Use a combination of FL and Cubase mostly.

Please do! I managed to get my hands on a copy of Reason 3.0 and I'm loving it.

Other than that, I've played the trumpet for a while and I'm currently slowly learning the guitar.
