BUSTED is for multi accounts.
WARNED or BANNED etc is for other infractions.

And yes when an account is busted for multi, and one of them is premium, the freemi/extra accounts get guested and the primary premium gets stripped of premium but remains active. As far as Bigotry I think KRK may have forgotten to address it due to the bust. Or he just forgot to mention the warning for it.

Sleeper gets away with the feedback posting he left for Larry, because he withdrew it before a mod could see it.
While doing the search KRK noticed he was a multi and busted him.

KRK should have posted who he was a multi of, out of courtesy, but he doesn't have to.

Looks like another case of " here's another $25 bucks, let's play some more "

Well why dont they say busted with x y and z and we would know. Communication on here is very poor

You still haven't explained why he wasn't removed from his active games if this truly was a multi bust. Clearly he was stripped of premium... so a multi bust is what makes sense, but I'm not the only one confused here as there have been at least 3 other people asking what this ruling was for.

Also, can you explain how to "troll someone one else"? That doesn't even make sense.

If he was indeed busted as a multi, he should have been removed from his games. Maybe PM, KRK or ES and see if they can look into this.

That is not how busted premium accounts are handled. The premium account is stripped of premium but not kicked from games. The other accounts are game kicked and site banned. Closed.

Yes. KRK was not real forthcoming with specific details on this.

My biggest complaint of this site for years has been the lack of consistency. I'm just trying to figure out why cases such as this are handled differently than others which leads the users to question what is going on.

Reading this suggestion seems to indicate that current policy is NOT to kick the premium multi from any games (for first time offenders at least).

edit: No wait, I'm still confused... what was the reason that Kiron got kicked out of his active games (link)? He was a premium member and was busted as a multi. Am I missing something again? This is why I had no idea the premium rule existed.

If you kicked a premium out of the games wouldn't that be two punishments compared to a free account getting kicked out of games being one punishment?

If I am not mistaken when Kiron got busted he was a freemium.

If you are a premium player and have freemium multis, the only reason you would have them is to cheat and have them in the same games as your premium. What would any other advantages be? You already have unlimited games. So kicking a premium out of his games would be just. Here's how I believe it should work:

If a freemium gets caught with multis. he get kicked out of his games with every account, and the only way back into CC is to buy premium for his original account.

If a premium gets caught with multis, no matter premium or freemium, he gets booted out of all the games with all accounts and the only way back into CC is by paying the $25 dollars.

Of course multiple offenses should be a ban from the site.

If Kiron was a freemium, then my mistake and I understand how the current system works now.

However, Evolution is 100% correct. You wouldn't need to define any exceptions for CHEATERS who basically give up their right to be treated kindly by CHEATING, plus you'd avoid a lot of the confusion if the punishment was steady across the board. Everyone clicks the no multi box when creating an account... why not strip, kick, and reset? Currently the rules are way too soft for breaking what is the biggest rule on the site that causes the most integrity issues.

It shouldn't be surprising...we actually have an individual who was in HUNDREDS OF GAMES at the time he was given a permanent (yes, permanent) website ban...but he is being allowed to finish playing his games (he currently still has 169 games running). Oh, and his offense? NOT PLAYING HIS GAMES! Yes, he had a whopping single point at the time he was found guilty and perma-banned.

Why would it be any different for a confirmed cheater breaking CC's #1 rule?
