Well lack could make it so 20 people put $1 in the lottery and then one of those people will win a membership.

Who is in charge to make that list, and to maintain it
Come on people lets start a list and see who who wants a premium for free
So tell us why you need a premium, and why someone else had to pay for you

maybe the best way to do it is to offer a $1 donation to provide free memberships to deserving members upon paying for a game. For every 20 people that pay it, a membership is paid. Of course, people wont be as eager to spend the buck at first, till they see how great the site really is, but its a start.
