I've joined my Round 3 game but I'm guessing the other player didn't accept, so it's sitting in limbo. I don't know who I'm meant to be playing as the first post hasn't been updated with the Round 2 results (or Round 1).

your opponent has not been decided yet, as the 2 players are still playing their previous game... i like to send out invites to players as soon as they win their games
