"little kid"? Just because a drug is legal or quasi-legal doesn't mean it's for "little kids", in fact a lot of legal drugs are way more dangerous and/or addictive than the illegal ones.

What is legal or illegal is really totally arbitrary when it comes to drug laws.

Also, morning glory seeds contain an analogue of LSD so I wouldn't exactly go feeding them to "little kids".

He meant how kids, who generally can't buy the real stuff, stoop to using whatever they find in their parents' medicine cabinets. For instance, I remember kids in school who use to try and get drunk from Niquil. Y'know, shit's that readily accessible.

You mean stuff like dextromethorphan, a readily accessible over-the-counter medicine pretty much everywhere, which also happens to be a heavy-duty psychedelic dissociative, similar in effects to ketamine and PCP... stuff like that?
