In which case you're arguing with me that you agree with me. Which, as usual, doesn't even make basic sense. But keep grasping...it's cute.john9blue wrote:you realize that "dumb" can mean both "poor reasoning" and "lacks knowledge", right? i'm not sure that you realize that.
which meant that you thought "dumb" couldn't mean "lacking in knowledge", when it can.Woodruff wrote: To help you out with your ignorance..."ignorance" means "lack of knowledge", not "lack of intelligence".
I refer to your ignorance because you seem to be happily and blithely ignoring the actual definition
of racism, and I don't want to unnecessarily label you with something that might make you appear
more...intentional about it.

that means you're wrong.
i'm not sure whether you're trolling, or whether you genuinely are making a desperate scramble to make it seem like you weren't unaware of how a word could be used.
i'm was leaning towards "trolling" because nobody with half a brain would have such pointless idiotic debates so consistently and be so adamant to refuse that they were wrong.
but symmetry does the same thing... so it's either a troll conspiracy, or just two dumb dudes with huge egos. the latter is far more common, think i'll go with that.
I don't really have the words for this. Health care, affordable education, and non-deportation of family members, in your opinion, are the most important three issues for most (i.e. a block) of two ethnic groups? The Bison King wrote:You know the usual stuff. They could deport my sister and I wouldn't really complain. Yeah...I'm pretty serious. She can regularly tell someone in a different country they're going to hell.thegreekdog wrote:Furthermore, FURTHERMORE!, do white people want that stuff too? blech, I knew that was a trap. I mean come on, he asked me to generalize the interests of the countries 2 largest minorities. No matter what I wrote, it could be used as ammunition. A better answer would have been something like "I don't know, I'm not African American or Hispanic, but they obviously know what their interests are, and if their's and Romney's were one and the same they'd be voting for him". Of course I didn't think of that until now.thegreekdog wrote:I don't really have the words for this. The problem is not whether the Republicans can or should try to "get the Hispanic vote." The problem is the assumption that all Hispanics or all blacks all vote the same way for the same reasons. I'm not saying that's your problem, B.K., although it sure looks like you think that way. Let's see if I can try:

Well I think that's the point. There are very few, if any, issues that are applicable to one race or ethnicity that are not also applicable to other races or ethnicities. I don't think one can cater to a race or ethnicity. Both sides are equally at fault for this blatant display of generalizing. The Bison King wrote:blech, I knew that was a trap. But whatever this is completely off topic. This thread is clearly about John9blue and Woodruff.
