I've decided to move this tournament along. Game 13638035 is still ongoing, but James has not been playing in a long time. He's missing turns, and the only turns not missed were played by McShanester, so I've brought in xroads as a reserve and scored Game 13638035 as a win for General Bax so that the show can move on.

This is a bit arbitrary but it's the kind of thing TO's need to do once in a while.

Round 3 games have been created and invitations sent out.
