About 100 threads already existed, and they've all been rejected, with good reason.

If you allow the farmers to play unrated games, they will play unrated games for fun, and they will never, ever risk their points except in their farming games where they have 100% odds of winning.

The only reason you ever see the farmers come out of their freestyle quads auto-win games and mix it up with real people is that every once in a while, their greed is exceeded by their desire to have fun.

Very true.

Unranked games really would absolutely ruin the top end of the scoreboard....the top 50 would effectively just glide away to the heavens...

I would however quite like to see unranked games for players with scores below 1300.

I don t want to get into the whole unranked games discussion because it s pointless.
Mr changsha s argument is ridiculously stupid. Create a battle speed battle royale week end and there you will see people "glide up to the top" if they are really good like half a dozen players did.
Who the f*ck cares? It was proposed to give a limited amount of unranked games per month, but even that would "dramatically affect the scoreboard" according to CC's fine minds.
So let s say you are ranked 5th, you really think you would stop playing ranked games and you wouldn t try to beat the 4th if you are so obsessed with the ranking?
Also since this discussion we have bot games that are unranked but don t offer any kind of challenge.
I m not gonna blame FF. Something very basic is not available on the site because of a few old ladies. The only problem here is that doc dice got his score artificially inflated.

no because the idea was to give a limited amount of unranked games per month. and now that I think about it.... why not through inventory/stars? a certain amount or a combination of starts gives you the priviledge to play an unranked game.

I'm also against any kind of unranked game. Play bots if you're that bothered.

Maybe you should be able to play 3-5 I ranked games per map. For learning maps and such... Idk just an idea (though this is getting off track lol)

That's what bot games are currently for. Although they are only on the most basic maps at the moment, I imagine there will be progress made on this.

I also 100% agree with this. Ability to play unranked games would defeat the purpose of rank. I also think that FF deserves a point reset/reduction for this, it's not fair that he got to protect his score while playing any games he wanted on other accounts.

Because right now the idea of rank is not already defeated?
People can already play only farming games, putting unranked games won't change it.

Most of top players only play their favorite settings or private games with other high ranked player, or clan war games ( which actually means they play their favorite settings against relatively high ranked player indeed).

So you say unranked games will defeat the idea of rank, while I think it's mainly already the case.... #

I don't think a limitation of 1 or 4 actives unranked game per player would do anything wrong to the scoreboard.


But well, there is a recent suggestion where all this have been debatted already, not sure why we feel the need to argue again.

To clear things up; it s not ok to log and play on someone else s account, even more if he is unaware of it, of course. But it doesn t change anything on his account and it s not what i consider real cheating. With angola s first post i thought ff did something dodgy playing for 2 guys at a time and that helped him being really successfull on battle royales.
People start making stories about some stupid 6 point farming games, but cheating in a BR can actually give over 500 points with just 1 game.
Bottom line, i agree with everything Don said on the next post.

I agree with what Donelladan said too. You seem to have overlooked the fact that FF123 won at least one Battle Royale on Doc Dice's account.

Well i didn t go check doc dices account. I would cancel all games played by ff123 on his account then. Doc can t be punished... But he doesn t deserve the BR achievement medal, all the unique kills and points won. It s not a punishment to take away from him something undeserved.

Just checked.. And he won 3 for him?? Yeah he should get those stripped. At the end of the day, ff pimps up his account, gets punished and doc gets 100% benefits from the operation.

this is where i would normally give me standard response about forum violations being treated more harshly than actual game violations, blah, blah, blah... however, i have been assured that this is being looked into... recently a conqueror was busted for cheating and only had his points reset to what they were where they could track his actions back to... i don't know if this is because he was affiliated with CC or what, but a reset should mean ZERO... so, i agree and i am glad they are looking into it... the black jesus has spoken...-el Jesus negro

Im not OK with what he did. None of us are. But it just brought up a totally different point, which is what we are talking about now.

Sorry betiko you cant have your cake and eat it. If you want to rise right to the top of the scoreboard then you have to accept game limitation. If CC had unranked games then players in the top 50 or so WOULD be able to throw it around like a colonel or a major and I think most people would think that wrong...mainly because the bastards would never descend from the heavens again!

I don't think he deserves a complete point reset.. He only played a few games on the guy's account, and he was already at a general before, so a point reset would be ridiculous.
