If we have a vig, we will have a second kill. Then my theory can go swim with the fishs. But anyway, a vig killing with so few info would be a total NOOB. Then that would cut one off the mafia's list..

game hijack....i may have killed 2 scum as a vig on night 1 and 2, it just doesnt feel right not to shoot!
