Now I know the real Sepp isn't against changing the rules but I thought you were maybe above that!

- Not accepting a game within 24 hours will result in a yellow card. The first two have no consequence, from the third on every yellow card will result in a 1 point deduction in the group table (RRP) or count as 1 goal/game win for the opposing team (KOP). Cards are counted per team, not per player. At 5 yellow cards, you will receive a red card, which ends your tournament.

He missed the invite for three games so from the third on each card counts as a goal for the opposing team!
If he misses these next three he should be red carded and we win the tourney.

I think linguistically you could even be right, this is gonna come down to the definition of 'game', is that a single cc-game or a tournament game, which consists of 3 single cc-games...
However, given the fact yellow cards have been given througout the tourney for missing Tournament Game invites, it would require a substantial extra fee to suddenly change this is the finals. You are still eligible though to file a complaint against only getting one yellow card for nic's misses earlier on. This might lead to a precedent influencing current and future procedures, just might...
