And most people on here, except one, are all paying customers.
Explain that too.

Paying customers do get better dice. Mods get the best dice.

Funny, when presented with facts, no real response, just intimidation and mockery.

Actually I can provide some insight. I took one statistic class in college, so I can help explain your issue with people's percentage's. First of all 1 to 2 percent isn't a huge deal or even abnormal. Mine fluctuates all the time between one to two percent above and below average. that's normal, and is likely the result of chance. For evidence of a rigged die, you'd need a percentage higher then 5% in any of the categories listed before you can rule out chance otherwise its not significant. Plus you are basing this on 17 games last time I checked your account. That is a very small sample size and would not be enough to prove your case that the site is rigging the die against you. Finally if you still have doubts let me tell you something about how chance works. For example, you have 1/2 chance of getting heads when you flip a coin, so with that theory each person who flips a coin ten times, should get heads exactly five times correct? well that doesn't always happen. Sometimes people get heads 8 times or other times they get it 3 times. Does this mean the coin is rigged in favor of heads or tails? no, when we talk about chance it's the overall results we are talking about not the results of one or two people flipping a coin. Overall when counting the all the times people flip a coin and get heads or tails, it ends up about half an half. As for you looking through all the posters and finding a 1 to 2 percent above average success rate. that will probably go to 0 negative 1 and even negative 2 as time goes on and they play more games. it's very difficult to always have a person be perfectly average even without a computer program. I hope that clears things up for you abit and you really reconsider your lawsuit. What you are doing could have serious consquences to not only the owner but the people who play on this site. They are innocent, the owner has done nothing wrong, and many people have friends and find support and common ground here. I'd hate to see this place taken down because of a simple misunderstanding.

Here are my overall rolls at the moment btw.
Incredible as it is I am practically average. My dice rolls aren't even close enough to make a positive or negative 1% difference. I also have premium and while I'm not paying actual money for it technically conquer club does profit off letting people run their surveys on the site. Tommorow I might be above average by a percent. the day after that I might go below a percent. That's normal. You'll find as you play more games your percentage will fluctuate up and down. between -2 and positive 2 percent. That's typical for everyone and considered normal in addition to being in the accepted range of chance.

btw the each huge number in the 17'000 represents how many time's I've rolled a 1 2 3 4 5 or 6. I tried copying pasting but it didn't really come out well so I just left it like this. However the results are recent and definitely show no obvious advantage nor disadvantage in my dice.

The point is my dice are fine. I'm not rolling a significant higher number of five or 6's more then average. An my overall dice rolls, come out to about the normal overall dice roll average of 3.5. See, its perfectly normal.

Now that I'm calm. I would like to help address your concerns. I don't work here but I do know enough where I can help you or at least direct you to people who can give you all the evidence you need to prove no gambling laws are being violated, the dice are not rigged. (Actually several analyses were run on these dice just to prove they were random. you might want to reference the posts about the people before you who also were concerned the dice were rigged. I'll actually give you a link so you can see the analysis's here for yourself. hopefully that will convince you.)

look at the second post from the top down. It'll show a list of tests done on random.org that prove the dice are random and not rigged.
They tested everything you can think of and more.
its difficult to argue with such a comprehensive analysis, that concludes the dice are fine.

I thought this forum was for cheating and abuse, you know, players not abiding by the site rules. It would not surprise me if you get a warning for filing stupid reports
Surely if you have an issue with the admin, you would contact them directly via an E-Ticket, not in a public forum where you have basicly invited everyone to comment .
Going to be an interesting read. Good luck.

Take a look at my dice

Paying a little extra really makes a difference.
Nice Bell curve, but surely we need a Bell End curve for the OP
