a drumset would be pretty cool, it would just take a lot of skill in the map maker to make it look good

Ok this map isn't the best but it can be better and I am definetly impressed with your efforts. I think you should make a second level to this. It would improve gameplay as well as looks. There is a lot of unused space that can be distracting. The keys should be a tad bit bigger so you can fit armies on them. That's it so far,

Good idea to add another level to it. Make it an organ - more open and more territories with less complicated methods to make it less than a straight line. Or add more to the map than just the keys.

And while not all keys of the same note should be able to attack each other, perhaps C should attack other Cs since one's already special? It'd also make holding Middle C harder.

I think that C's attacking other C's would be a good idea. I dont want to do an organ because then it would just be two straight lines.....also, more people play piano, and it would be cooler. Im just going to try to think of something to improve the gameplay.

actualy an organ, like a real one that are the size of a wall in churches and such could work pretty well, its some what circular

I think you should have 88 keys, and maybe some staff paper connectin the things.

The notes, pencil, and hand look sloppy. You should do things like Cs attacking other Cs and perhaps marking a chord with red circles or something else distinguishing and saying that chord can attack each other... More simplistic things like that might be better.

Thanks a LOT for all of the feedback, im gonna try to put most of them into the map. (maybe even start over). The only problem is that Im going away to a 5 day sleep away camp on Saturday, so i wont be back to make any changes until after that. This is kinda on vacation for like a week.

Well at least its coming along.

The piano strings behind it, might also be a good idea, to make it less a back and forth gameplay.

Pious: Chords are not simplistic to people who do not play piano. It would take a lot of explaining and no one likes maps that are too hard to understand.
I like the idea of an organ, but that would mean starting over and i want to see if this will work before i do some major changes to the whole entire thing.

Thanks for the feedback. If this doesnt work and there are no ways to improve, i will probably start working on an organ rather than piano.

It's uninteresting, looks messy and would play terribly.

i have a question on the pencils and stuff... can you attack all along them, for example 'green c' to 'green e' and 'green f' to 'blue d', or can you only attack like from 'green c' to '23'?


so far it looks like an ok map, not sure if i would personally ever play it tho.

JK. I think this map has a really cool idea to it. However, like Spockers said, it just looks messy and thrown together. Perhaps you actually own a piano? Taking an actual picture of this map would A) make it look more realistic, B) make it look BETTER, and C) ...I kinda ran out of non-redundant points. But still, you get the idea.

Wow, you really thought that wasnt a picture? U really overestimated my skills as an artist! (i wish i was good enough to draw like pictures )

I will try to make it less messyish though.....

Also, currently the hand is not a continent, but i could make it one.
