I hardly think the leet crew have time for sex when the SAS are bursting through the door, besides there all men, which would be gay. Not that theres anything wrong with that but I think it would decrease intrest in the game (I don't play hostage rescue cause thats crap and someone always shoots them)

i've always wanted to see the hostages get affected by flashbangs or you get satchel charges (see Delta Force games; i just love throwing flash bangs at civilians)
i'd say i like flashbanging civilians but then..well..you can see what's wrong with that verb.
