C was destroyed by boba fett, D was destroyed by dash rendar, B was killed getting revenge on boba fett for killing C (ok fine actually that and he was trying to capture han solo in carbonite before he got to tatooine), and A was destroyed with the second Death Star.
btw that section of the bounty hunters book was great, except i dont like how IG-88A killed all the people in the room at the beginning
which means we get a point for stumping you. Which mean technically your last question shouldnt have counted.
