On a more serious note, make sure Cochise County is a negative one, darn place is one giant speed trap.

Okay, maybe that wasn't serious, still, I think you can make something interesting out of this, but instead of simply the shape, you should add more of the flavor of the state...

Well I am never going to say anything bad about getting edu-ma-cated, but practice is a good thing too.
If you want to keep working on it in the meantime, I'll try and help you out with comments and stuff. Art wise, I'm quite a b it behind the curve however.
