There will be no WW3. Globalization has gone too far, and plus, the fear of nuclear winter and whatnot has and will continue to prevent major powers from having all-out war. After all, I can't think of two countries possessing nuclear weapons that have had an all-out war, ever.

U.S. will get pissed at North Korea for some crime it did. Cuba will back the communists, U.K will help us cause that's what they do, and South Korea will help us because the communists march there first.
