why do we get every few weeks/months these crashes and weird msgs wenn we want to log in?? maybee its time to spend some more time and money to do some research to avoid this in the future and will not repeat itself??

Thank you guys for keeping this all in one thread this time. We know what the issue is, and are working to resolve it. The "Feb 4" message was just Lack not changing the message from last time. Thanks for your patience.

I just started paying for this site a couple days ago and its had more server crashes today than it has had in the 4-5 months ive been playin here. Not very pleased, I must say.. watever happened to the new and improved server? sorry for bein ass, but the more u push, the better things get done.

You're not being an ass at all, everyone expects to be able to play, and believe me, Lack wants to give that to you. I believe we're outgrowing the new server and are in need of another upgrade. I don't know all the details, I leave that to the geeky ones. I'm sure Lack or Twill will be on at some point to explain things.

yet again i can't log in and see my games... you guys need to really fix this.

Only problem i face these days are the log in option when i click on a link in the forums. Every time i click on the link for a game, it goes like "You must log in to see this page.

This is maddening


Another minor problem i face is the "Time Out Box" It keeps coming up on an average of 3 mins in speed games and in freestyle games it makes for mayhem.
I say minor because i'm not 100% sure whether it's an issue with the server or with my connection. I've seen posts talking about this issue earlier but it didn't seem to match with the issues im facing.

If what I think what you're saying is actually what you're saying, you wish for the administration to freeze the game, because your computer is frozen?
It's not possible- the admins don't do that for anyone.

Why such a generic response?

Anyways, it's due to "Neutral" missing his turn, which is a problem because of the data-base error.
It should be one of your turns soon, and as soon as neutral "deadbeats out" you'll be able to play your game normally.
However, like jennifermarie said, fill out an e-ticket and they will solve your problem in a much more timely matter.
