on the left side click transfers and you have to search for the player you want. But the stats they give you are not always totally correct (has to do with agents). But you can get his real stats by evaluating him but that costs a good amount of money. Then you place your bid and the highest bidder at the deadline gets the player.

And I scored 3 in the last 10 minutes.
