well there you go....thanks edbeard....still learning stuff....i wondered why there was so many neutrals on those 1vs1 games i'd been playing...but too stupid to askedbeard wrote:cairnswk, in 2 player games, the territories are still given out in 1/3. The last 1/3 starts neutral.

This is a comment on sydney, not on the mapcairnswk wrote:UhTieryn wrote:Sydney flavoured.. hmm.... Mainly that whenever I've been to Sydney I've found the people too self-important, and concerned with their own worlds to even smile at a stranger on the street... Nothing like Perth or Bunbury at all. I have no idea how you'd convey that in graphicsand it's more of a friendly dig at Sydney, rather than anything serious

yes. thanks lord V. already re-working some terts to drop it to 56....and those bonuses of course. new update soon.lord voldemort wrote:lmao nicecairnswk wrote:well there you go....thanks edbeard....still learning stuff....i wondered why there was so many neutrals on those 1vs1 games i'd been playing...but too stupid to askedbeard wrote:cairnswk, in 2 player games, the territories are still given out in 1/3. i really don't want to go any further than that with links and funny stuff as it gets too complicated for the "rug rats", not even gonna do train lines.
but keep them coming...you never know something simple might just click.
i know one thing, i'm gonna have to pull the harbor out a bit to give it more spread.

Thanks for posting greenoaks....answer...the same reason it doesn't include the Hawkesbury, Hornsby, LInfield, and all those other suburbs....i ran out of room.greenoaks wrote:why does Sydney stop at Parra ? what happened to Penriff & Campbelltown.

i thought it would be because of room but i read the entire thread before posting and noticed it was initially based on the olympics.cairnswk wrote:Thanks for posting greenoaks....answer...the same reason it doesn't include the Hawkesbury, Hornsby, LInfield, and all those other suburbs....i ran out of room.greenoaks wrote:why does Sydney stop at Parra ? what happened to Penriff & Campbelltown.
This was also the original Sydney 2000 olympics map where only some of the major venues wer included in the map. Penrith wasn't included, nor was Campbelltown.
In order to include all those i'd have to make another sydney map and call it outer sydney.
yeh, thanks for push here greenoaks....i will consider re-arrange some of this map to include those outer terts...i'll see what happens...it could actually make better gameplay if i include the hawkesbury river mouth out to back of penrith/blue mountains, and then down to the Geroges River. MMMmmmmmm.....that could be a very creative map!!1greenoaks wrote:i thought it would be because of room but i read the entire thread before posting and noticed it was initially based on the olympics.cairnswk wrote:Thanks for posting greenoaks....answer...the same reason it doesn't include the Hawkesbury, Hornsby, LInfield, and all those other suburbs....i ran out of room.greenoaks wrote:why does Sydney stop at Parra ? what happened to Penriff & Campbelltown.

as the rowing was held at Penrith's regatta centre & the equestrian was at the back of Fairfield/Liverpool somewhere. Horsley Park springs to mind. i think the shooting was out there somewhere too. so i thought i'd ask.
great looking map. looking forward to owning all of Sydney.

i think the same, i dont knw why but it just seems like that. Still i like it hope to see it soon.shadowsteel9 wrote:I like it, it just seems a bit cluttered
