hardly play team games(medals for a few clan gaes), played about 5 assassin and never played a speed game(don't want to). not got time for speed games, as family life may well interupt it half way through. don't give ratings out.

see i have no problem with people going for all the medals they can, but i'm not arsed about the medals so won't play the games i don't like.

People play for different reasons. For some, the medals are fun and that's perfectly OK. The fact that they don't mean much to you does not mean that JR or Paradice are wrong for going after them.

Uh, I do not believe I said that you should only get one. I said one is fine, not one is what it should be. So for future reference, you might want to figure out what I said before you say what I didn't say.

I think it should be a medal for your first tourney, then for every three that. With the 1 per tourney thing you get people bragging that they have more medals than me and JR, when they didn't actually do any strategizing, gameplay-related things. Don't get me wrong (again), I'm sure it's hard to run a tourney but I simply don't feel the urge to, nor would I have time to do that.

I'm in school -- 8 ongoing tournaments.

Well I have a lot of work..3 AP's, 2 honors, and latin 4 -- a combo class with half latin 4/AP latin.
And on top of all of that, I have either golf practice or a match every weekday at 3:30. The practices take 2.5-3 hours and the matches take well over 3.5 so I don't have time for much anymore.

I suggest you keep to your school work and try to ignore CC becuase it is a distraction! You only get to go to school once and this then set's you up for your future life.

PS..I'd hope i had 27 medals after playing 10,000 games. Ive only played 1000 and already have 17 or so

I think that you should get

Bronze medal
for your first tournament (for organizing as well as for winning)
(Off course, medals for winning and medals for organizing are different and separate)

Silver medal
for your fifth tournament won
for your tenth tournament organized

Gold medal
for your tenth tournament won
for your twentieth tournament organized

This way people with rare achievements (ParadiceCity9, Optimus Prime, Bald Adonis...) would be respected exactly in a way (and to the degree) they deserve. There wouldn't be any collisions...
