They're already unmakeable at below their starting limits.

FWIW
Feudal = 6
AOR 1,2 = 6
AOR 3 = 7

New World = 9
Galapagos = 9

No, i don't think i said anything about it last time it got suggested. But i'm quite sure it got rejected back then.

But some time has gone since then, perhaps CC is ready for 9-man Triples now? Who knows.
