Well, you guys left out the eyeball laser beams, thirst for Lack and Twill's blood, and adamantium skeleton.

Twill remains in charge of the forums. So it doesn't make a blind bit of difference. the bloke who pulls the forum strings is still a power crazed idiot with not a jot of respect to paying customers.

Chat has gone downhill because of anal kid mods who don't know how to really mod other than to behave like robots saying "don't do that" and wave a ban stick, Night Dyke's nitpicky anal rules are over the top, lack is off traveling the globe and isn't doing jack to keep ** improving (or even running in some cases). With the return of gabbly chat (temporarily), it reminded me I used to have to mod gabbly chat with no tools whatsoever - THAT is real modding - persuading people to behave w/o a ban/kick tool. I challenge any of the current mods to do that. Then maybe they can earn actually earn that mod badge.
I feel sorry for the current ** community. The place has gone downhill and is nothing like the fun site I used to play at.
Oh and btw I read a couple of the posts there and I'm still not rid of the chronic Lyme and co-infections to this day (over a year later). So yeah while I thought I was "cured" so to speak, I didn't realize I still wasn't, and aren't. But I am on that path to recovery.
p.s. I agree I needed to step down, or at least take a break, I admitted that back when I said goodbye. How it was handled though left something to be desired.

I have a friend with Lyme disease. It causes pain, swelling, and loss of limb function, but not vindictive craziness, so there's something else going on, for which I'll pray that wicked gets well.
I was in the hospital for what I understand was the ultimate of stuff wicked was doing that resulted in her being fired as mod and then banned (hearsay was, she was telling cheaters more ways to cheat, and if that's so, those are bannable offenses) so can't attest to any of that and frankly, don't really care. What she's done AFTER, however, is all I need to see to realize, we didn't need someone like that in official power.
As to the current mods and wicked's comments (someone posted here) on how they operate, some of it is true. Still, it's the childish actions of chatters that force the mods, regardless of age, to either tolerate or wave those "ban sticks" as wicked called it. In some cases, I think the mods tolerate too much, in other cases, tolerate too little, but it's a tough job and someone has to do it, so all in all I think the mods balance out and deserve kudos for trying to keep some order.
"Evil thrives when good men do nothing," comes to mind when someone asks whether firing/banning someone who'd go on a vengeful binge to destroy something that brings pleasure to thousands was "a good idea," in hindsight.
As I said, I wasn't around to see what she supposedly did, but seeing what's been done after? Yup, firing/banning was and remains the right thing to do. Even if that DOES mean Twill gets to be the Power-hungry evil commando maniac she's accused him of being (or whatever words she used). *smooch* Twill. More powah to ya!

I do believe that the actions wicked took after she was fired were due to the way she was fired, not the fact that she was fired. I believe that if wicked had been asked to step down (or even been informed that they were firing her before they did it) that wicked would have not have taken those actions and would still be a happy member of CC.
On the other hand, I believe that wicked needed to stop modding, at least temporarily. (which she admits herself in the post quoted by DaGip (which actually is a real post by wicked))
