The question still remains..... Is there a limit or standard? And if it's a personal attack is that allowed? FREDVIII wasn't allowed that leeway.

Well I would guess that for appearances sake they had settled with a forum ban instead of an enforcement of the FREDVIII rule. C C might have new enforcement criteria now called the "baby steps rule enforcement". It starts with [settled].. then many [warnings].. then......... (depending upon who you are of course)

I don't remember for sure why this is, but it seems like (to my poor memory) that I was told making a game-chat ban was not possible at this time. I definitely may be wrong on that, though.
