Control was put in the middle like the airports, I think it is due to security reasons. I'm not sure why you think it makes sense given you made no reasons. Have a look at Pearl Harbor and where they are there in relation to one another.jefjef wrote:Well you should switch runway & control around. Just makes sense. Do you have a gift shop? Candy store? xmas trees? Need to give it a xmas feel. Lights - garland that kind of stuff.

dont sig that
But Santa Claus is not american...Seeing as how most of the largest airports (at least in the US)

Now I have to add 4 more territs? Best solution to my 48 territ problem?The following are the "golden numbers" lower than 200, which create a drop that in all (or all except 5/7p) forms of the game require two or three territories to be taken from a player before they are disadvantaged due to territory count and happening to not go first: 24-35, 42, 43, 44, 52, 53, 57, 58, 59, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, (78), (79), 80, (88), (89), 104, 114, 115, 116, (138), (139), 140, 141, 142, 143, 160, 161, 176, 177, 178, 179, 186, 187, 188
Where the total number of territories on the map is not equal to one of these "golden numbers", then expect to be asked to create/merge territories or to code some as neutral in order to ensure that the total number of starting territories is balanced for fair play.
Example?natty_dread wrote:Where is this map's design brief?
You don't even know what a design brief is?jpcloet wrote:Example?natty_dread wrote:Where is this map's design brief?

I can give a hand with xml, tho a little rusty, i had a little go a while backjpcloet wrote:The aim is 2010, since most maps take about a year. I am trying to push hard on this, and if they allow a limited edition window around xmas for this year, that would be cool. I have not sourced xml help yet, but this is a fairly simple map for xml, so might be able to score that myself.

Or like in England, You could name it after a major city; London Luton, London Gatwick ect...AgentSmith88 wrote:Seeing as how most of the largest airports (at least in the US) are named after people (O'Hare, JFK, LaGuardia, Dulles, etc.), I'd like to suggest that you name the airport after someone. It could be anyone at all.

Most of those regions are huge. I suggest you cut some of them in half to try and get up to around 60 regions.jpcloet wrote:I still haven't heard back on the # of territories question that I had. Right now there are 48 which is not an optimal amount under the new guidance. Not sure if I have to change that.
