Naxus has not posted a single post in the past 6 days. His only other post after his last here is in Golden mafia, and then again it wasn't a lot.

My say is that something is holding him out and he didn't forget the game. When he is back, this should continue.

I sent naxus a PM a while ago, and he hasn't even opened it yet...I'm guessing he's not able to take this on, so I'm going to mark this as abandoned and move it accordingly. Sorry guys, this sounded awesome to me as well :'(

What happens when a mod disappears from a game like this?
Is there any punishment? Can they continue to mod and play if they come back?

There's no punishment, this isn't a tournament, these games are purely for fun. Of course, people may be less inclined to play in future games.
