there's still a bonus per castle. it's 4. read the legend. each castles gives a +4 autodeploy bonus. in chapter 1 there was a +5 per castle. and in chapter 2 a +3 autodeploy per castle.

Its sanctuary.
But expand where, out of your territory to other lands?
as the legend says, each castle or sanctuary has a +4 autodeploy bonus.
as for the expanding issue, it's quite simple just go to the dock in url and then move to any other dock.

Just wanted to add my penny-worth...
1. It took me a while to work out what the blood waters were - probably just me being stupid, but I'm certain that others are even more stupid than me... Not sure of a simple solution though...
2. The rune bonus... Do you need both to get +2, or is it +2 each? I'm assuming you need both (as in the prequels), but the legend doesn't make that clear.
3. The legend text explaining about the Sanctuary/Blood waters is slightly confusing, and could do with being reworded slightly
4. I was looking at the map, and wondered if you could 'capsize' the boat that's in the blood waters - purely for some comedy value...

For the rock runes, Can you make them more distinct? they completely blend with the background.

1. blood waters are the portions of water that are red. i don't know how to make them more clear. if you have any suggestions please tell me.
2. nope you need just one. in the legend it says: "castle/sanctuary + power rune = +2" if it were both it would have said castle/sanctuary + power runes pair"
3. i can reword it if i'm told how.
4. i can capsize it but then it wouldn't look like a boat. how about if i make like a swirl or a vortex that captures the boat?

it is a different shade and texture than the land. but the fact that it's a rock rune on a rock land makes it hard to find a big differentiation. i will try though

The legend was animated and I find it really impressive. However i found some problems reading the legend because the lightning flashes were really bright. Is it possible to darken the flashes a bit so that reading doesn't get impaired?

the animation isn't staying...it was just something for DiM to do to entertain himself...even though quite a few of us like it, ultimately DiM said it's not going to be there at the release..unless he changes his mind that is ^_^

"Sanctuary Island bleeds into the surrounding waters. The Lich-decay in the blood causes these territories to lose 10 armies per turn. Sanctuary castle can attack the blood water directly"
Question : so the territories get -10 per turn, but you get a +1 deploy bonus if you have them? that seems... odd? Also, when it says the liches can attack the blood waters territories directly, is that just from sanctuary castle?

yes the sanctuary can attack the blood waters directly. and each blood water gives you +1 and it has a decay of -10

could you make the blood water fade into the ocean, instead of having such an abrupt halt? it looks unnatural. maybe you could use the same tool you used for the shallow to deep watters. of corse, as many of the other suggestions on the last few pages, this would just be for asthetics, not to help game play...

strangely i have been. not a single day off this week. some important changes at work. a big meeting that i have to prepare for. exams at phd (had the last one yesterday) plus other minor things that totally screwed my week.
