That would be Marilyn Sue Perry from Enchanted and the quote occurs when Prince Edward stabs her central New York City public bus and she comes out and says such quote. Edward goes on to run across the avenue in fear. I loved her in the movie, for that one line, so i knew all of the stuff about her.
