I really commend you for that after that stupid Netflix comment. I probably wouldn't have responded so kindly.HighlanderAttack wrote:I have really held myself together and took the high road in most instances (which some would say that is not HA).

No more bounties this roundsundance123 wrote:Are there anymore bounty games to be released in round 2?
There will be seven days available to join games this round. This means if you are freemium you better manage your account well. After seven days you will be locked out from joining anymore games. I will send a 24 hour notice.
The reality is that round 2 will end sometime on Friday night which means no one is really getting any extra time anyway. Because of my schedule in real life I will be deleting games and making matchups from games that have single players between Friday night and Saturday morning at my convenience.Friday will be the last day to join games--unless you have given me a pm why you cannot join.

Haha! Borrowing is flattery in some contexts; plagiarism in others. The "saying" is part of many warrior cultures and involves honor and shame in the face of one's duty in warfare. I didn't, then, take it pedantically. But I dare say, the Klingon's do it better than anyone elseTviorr wrote:VicFontaine wrote:As Mr. Worf would say, "Today is a good day to die" (for you).
Dont kill me if its even older, but I think our good Mr. Worf stole that from an old indian (native american) saying.
I think "Hokahey" translates roughly into that, though I forget which tribal language it actually is.
No criticism intended here. Im much too afraid of Mr. Worf to be pedantic or semantic when he is aroundIts just an FYI.

So, if a player wins the first game of the round all s/he would have to do is not join another game and would win the tourney? Or do the rules change to compulsory joining of 3 games at some point in the tourney? (Not that I expect to make it that far--just curious)HighlanderAttack wrote:Just as a comparison --I ran a tourney like this with 45 players. We are starting round 15 with 2 players left.
no --because everyone has the right to get three games--so if they won one game they would advance but would also get matched against someone that needed a game if necessary.agentcom wrote:So, if a player wins the first game of the round all s/he would have to do is not join another game and would win the tourney?
