Sheep, can you explain how your clubhouse was supposed to work? Was it supposed to protect you guys last night and messed up somehow, or was it a delayed action?

Also what exactly does it mean you could pick sides?

I have to spend a night building the clubhouse then it protects the CMC for the next two nights from actions.

Haggis, if all the CMC were alive we'd have some major voting power. Late game because of our neutrality we could potentially pick between mafia or town (Or whatever the setup is) because we'd have a good portion of the vote secured. But seeing as 2 of the 3 are dead we have no real influence anymore. I was merely speculating on how we were set up. My goal is to survive and its in my best interest to stay pro-town. I have nothing to offer the mafia late game and they have nothing to gain by killing me.

i think a group of 3 or more survivors that are also masoned is way overpowered in a game this size and therefor sheep must be lying. i mean that's almost 25% of the game in one group and kinda game-breaking whichever side they decide to join.

I am not sure if you are lying or not, but if you are then claiming was very risky. What doesn't make sense is that dazza claimed to be a mason recruiter as well, this seems like too many different groups. Although I guess its possible given that the word "Friendship" is in the title. The perfect way to test your claim is if we had a vig who could just shoot you as then there is no need to waste an investigation or lynch. Can I ask who your faction chose to roleblock last night and why?

Pmc, That's why I said I don't trust Dazza's claim that he was a recruiter but no one CC'd his vote block so I didn't think calling him on the recruiter bit would fly.

Even if we claimed survivors the scum would be taking a huge risk in convincing the CMC to join them.

What villans are there in FiM? Discord and Nightmare Moon are two obvious choices. Diamond Tiara, Gilda, Trixie, and the Diamond Dogs are also rather scummy characters.

After my ability is used the only one with powers is MeDeFe with the roleblock. Our real power comes late game when we could potentially add an interesting element to the meta game. A large group of survivors who are out for themselves will, once revealed, play the odds. But it all comes down to what happens in the game. So I wouldn't say we are overpowered. We are more like the wildcard that can flip day 4.

In practice we're pro town. Scum aren't going to come out of hiding to offer an alliance. So we're going to scum hunt with the town. We'd be playing much closer to the vest if my partners were alive. I don't think we'd willingly reveal that we were survivors if we were forced to claim.

(Just letting everyone know I am going out of town until Sunday, and I won't be bringing my laptop). Hmmmm, and you can't deny sheep that if you 3 were to survive until d4, that your guys best bet would be to side with the mafia, or else you have risk of being pegged off by them and not winning.

Sheep, why did you claim in the first place?
Also if your faction really is a survivor faction, then it is not an interesting game mechanic it just makes end game boring and easy for mafia. The only exception to this would be if there were no mafia factions and only SKs.

I claimed because a lot of the fun of hiding has been sucked out now that my allies are dead. I seem to have a history of claiming when I get bored with a game. It certainly adds a lot of discussion. The CMC might have been added in as an afterthought. Fircoal did add more spots for this game.

I can confirm that I was in fact roleblocked, MeDeFe seems like a logical person that may have blocked me but I do not know for sure. I thought it more likely that mafia would block me in all honesty as they would see me as a threat but it seems that wasn't the way. I also received the PM stating that I was blocked the same time as dazza did so his story checks out.

ok, well if sheep was actually part of the CMC, and medefe did roleblock nag last night, then i would say that his claim is pretty safe,

but then again, he could be mafia looking for a safer escape than just doing usual mafia stuffs during the day, and if he is then i would say that nag is his mafia mason, and they had this set up, could very well be that they saw that a roleblocker had been killed and might have made the daz roleblock thing up to cover their tracks.
