Im not doubting it Im just saying that I don't see any reason why dr. phil is in this game.

If he is telling the truth we can't trust role claims. The options that they could say in a role claim are endless. a godfather could very well claim George Washington (mayor) and get away with it.

Just like when firth4eva role-claimed Drago Malefoy in my first Harry Potter game. He was in fact pro-town, but everyone though he just claimed scum.

Same goes with fire, he claimed something non-sense, enough non-sense that everyone would think it's a fake claim. But, like I said, unless it's a very powerful WIFOM, I doubt he will appear pro-scums. I definitly could be wrong, but, unless further investigations show otherwise, he is a possible doc and the only way to save NES, the second doc.

But isn't it weird that both of the doctors already roleclaimed (assuming there are two of them) and NES simply was first and has a role that fits in better? I'd rather believe the plausible story than the farfetched.
