"Avatar Roku"

Taking small, anxious steps, Aang enters the most sacred room of the Fire Temple. If he had listened to his head, he would be days closer to the North Pole already. Aang had listened to his heart instead. In a dream, he was shown where to find the statue of Avatar Roku - the Avatar before him - by Roku's animal guide. This magnificent red dragon had made it clear to Aang that it was for some reason important for him to be there this night.

The doors close behind the young Avatar and a mysterious light falls on the statue's head. For a short while, the air around him turns misty and a white haze blocks Aang's sight. Suddenly, the air clears and Aang is standing face-to-face with his predecessor, Avatar Roku.



"Hello Aang", Roku starts, "I'm sure there is much you wish to ask me, but unfortunately we don't have that much time. Please listen carefully to what I'm about to tell you, for this is of vital importance."

Aang tries to interrupt, but Roku silences him with a hand gesture and continues.
"A hundred years ago - just after you got frozen in an iceberg and disappeared from the face of the Earth - Sozin's Comet passed by the planet. Fire Lord Sozin used the power of that comet to increase the firebending-power of his army and wipe out the entire civilization of the Air Nomads. The current Fire Lord, Fire Lord Ozai, is well aware of the power of the comet and is planning to repeat history all over again. In 5 months time, Sozin's Comet will return. Unless you stop Fire Lord Ozai before that time, he will try to use the power of the comet to conquer the entire world. Only you can stop him, Aang. It's your destiny.

Sozin's comet will fly near the planet at Night 7.

Before Aang even gets a chance to thank Roku or say goodbye, his vision blurs. He then finds himself back in the Fire Temple, where the light that shone on Roku's statue has already passed it and now lights the wall behind. Determined to stop the Fire Lord before it's too late, Aang continues his journey towards the North Pole.

Elsewhere, a large, muscular man is practicing his Earth Bending. A group of people passing by stop to watch him lift rocks and throw around huge masses of earth as if they were pebbles. Amazed by his skills, they ask him what his name is. He replies: "The Boulder does not need a name. The Boulder is simply The Boulder." Some people are slightly suspicious of this man, for not sharing his real name, but they continue to marvel at his Bending performance nonetheless.

Encouraged by this band of supporters seemingly appearing out of nowhere, The Boulder tries to impress them even more. He strains his body to the limit and manages to lift an entire mountain from the ground. His arteries showing and his legs slightly shaking, he hovers the airborne mountain over his head. "Behold!", he shouts. "The Boulder is the strongest Earth Bender of the world!" As the crowd applauds, he feels his grip on the mountain fading. He tries to run away from under it, but his legs won't move. A hundred years from now, that mountain would still be known to people as "The Boulder's Peak".

"The Siege of the North, Part 1"

Aang was shivering. His awakening at the South Pole had been so many months ago, that his body had forgotten just how cold the air felt near the Earth's poles. There was a fire burning in his heart though, that kept him going through the frosty night. He knew the Northern Water Tribe city was nearby. When the sun dawned, Aang finally gazed in amazement upon the wonderous sight of the famed city of ice.



Upon his arrival in the city, he was greeted heartily by the people there. However, before he even got a chance to ask whether or not his friends had arrived in the city already, an alarm sounded. Cries of fear and despair could be heard coming from the guards on the city walls. Swiftly making his way up to the walls, Aang looked out over the ocean and a worried expression came over his face. The Fire Nation had arrived.



There was one Winged-Lemur that was spared the sight of the terrifying navy. Momo was flying from tree to tree in a quiet forest in the Earth Kingdom, looking for fruit to eat. His wish was to help Aang defeat the Firelord, but a journey to the South Pole was asking a bit much of such a small animal. He was sure he would find Aang when he returned to the kinder climate where Momo was staying. Pondering on these desires, Momo was too distracted to see the danger coming. He was struck mid-flight and fell to the ground. The loyal pet would never meet his friends again.



Elsewhere, Jet - rebel leader - called a person travelling the forest to a halt. "Hand over your possessions and you won't get hurt!", he threatened. "Let's just see who will get hurt, shall we?", replied his adversary. The two engaged in a fierce battle. Jet skillfully wielded his Twin Tiger-Head Hook swords and almost managed to pierce his opponent's heart. Unfortunately, his sword missed its target, leaving his defenses completely open. A few moments later, the traveller continued on his journey, seemingly unfazed by the event.

Ok, I have a metagame crazy theory. Mili obviously managed to skimread the scene and thought Flores died... This strongly reminds me of when he supposedly skimread in Coheed and Cambria, saying Clive his own scumbuddy wasn't playing. I believe Mili uses fake skimreading as a tactic to wash his hands off the kill he performed.
