if u have announced that to be in this toruney ,attandents have to be european , so those who werent will automoticaly be eleminated, and the matches they will include has to be done without them (3 palyers) and the 2nd guy will have his points as always he does.
If they have already fisnished their matches, they should deemed as they have lost and following ones should have win the points.
if they r still playing, the game need to be canceled and begin again. this can be applied for the already finished ones
this is a general application in those cases for general rules of law

A better idea might be to use some replacements if you have any waiting or just pm some players you know to keep the tourney moving

maybe their Location thing is wrong, unlikely but it could be.

also, maybe sum1 is/was looking after their games.

Hey did anyone of you experienced any kind of problems with entering their games. Because I had problem with finding game game finder just did not want to give up. So I had to enter it manually. Also I know that mandalorian have problems with entering this particular game. Something weird is going on.

Yes I know for mandalorian. I dont know really what is happening. Also this may happen because we are routing over same servers to the internet. southeastern europe.

That can happen. My friend fran2298 is from Croatia, like me, but his CC nationality is Slovenian because he uses different Internet provider. Still, it at least keeps us of the hook from being suspected multis (since the dummy ended his name with 2298 like me. )

Problems solved. I think it was a browser issue since it dissapeared once I switched to Explorer. Thank you for helping me MarVal and/i hvala na pomoći Hitmanblood

Well the fact is that parts from Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and also some parts of Serbia connect to the rest of world using three optical cables and if some providers re rout then problems may occur.
